Residential Property Law and Conveyancing Update – Bristol

The series will start on the 4th March in Bristol.

This year, we are delighted to welcome Paul Sams, Managing Partner at Dutton Gregory, as our guest speaker.

Paul is an experienced property lawyer in residential, residential development and commercial transactions. He has acted for a wide range of clients from domestic conveyancing clients, property developers, investors, financial institutions through to individuals with a high public profile. Paul’s niche interests include residential development, equity release matters and leasehold issues.

In this session, Paul Sams and a Groundsure presenter, will be taking a closer look at environmental and climate risks, how to best advise clients, and how to apply the new (soon to be released) sector-specific climate guidance by The Law Society.
