The Conveyancing Information Executive (CIE)
We are proud to be founding members of the CIE which provides a rigorous and transparent approach to property search governance standards, with data integrity, accuracy and transparency underpinning values in the overall provision of property search products, both today and in the future.
We play a proactive, dynamic role in enhancing and refining these standards to ensure that they meet the changing requirements of conveyancing.
Our environmental report data and support services are built on the robust framework that sets the highest professional standards that members are expected to maintain. These Standards protect those who will seek to rely on the information contained in the Searches, including our clients, homebuyers, businesses and other stakeholders.

Ecovadis is a market leading ESG and training tool allowing companies to track their performance and support them in building sustainability and management practices. We use it as we can see the benefits of the training and action plans to strengthen our sustainability performance.
